Sam is the founding director of Armytage Capital.

He is a current legal practitioner and prior to founding Armytage Capital worked as a lawyer in the banking and finance division of a top-tier national law firm. Sam has managed investments since 1998. Using his extensive legal and financial experience to advantage, Sam specialises in connecting sophisticated investors with capital raisings for small to medium ASX companies.

Sam holds bachelor degrees in law and commerce, and a Master of Applied Finance from University of Melbourne. He is an Senior Associate of FINSIA, and was awarded the highly respected Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2005.

Keeping with a commitment to Continuing Professional Development, Sam is currently undertaking subjects at Melbourne Business School towards his part-time Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
